Blah? At least that is the way I would be inclined to do things considering the reduction of poison immunity.
Suppose if you were really fussy you could re-spec depending upon the encounter for Improved Eviscerate. I dropped my 2 points from Fleeted Foot btw, can anyone sell its usefulness to me?
Have never had a problem getting behind mobs in PvE personally.

According to the theorycrafters, it is not beneficial to have more than one point(if any) in Master Poisoner. Of course Vile > Imp, except in the rare occasion you use a fast OH.

It has some useful information. If you plan on raiding with Muti, you need to look over this, especially the last 6 or 7 pages.
That is pretty much my build, only I have the 5 in Imp instead of Vile. Should I swap them? I also thought that application was more important for mutilate, but I guess with Shiv it can be offset.
Vile Poisons is greater than Imp Poisons, unless you are severely lacking hit rating(read: less than 200), or use an OH of 1.5 speed or faster. Shiv is a waste of energy, and shouldn't be used. I really didn't have any problems at all keeping deadly poison on.
It looks like the spreadsheet assumes that your mutilates will be against poisoned targets, so it may be beneficial to use GoA(which, according to my spreadsheet, gives a flat 10dps more than WF anyways), and use dual deadly if you are having problems keeping poisons up.
