Build for high end pvp and some raidingFollow

Hi

On my hunter I have full gladitor set, mix between S1 and S3. I have grinded my way to it all, so the only thing for me left in the game, for now, is Arena and raiding. I have this build atm:

But Im wondering if im more usefull in arena if i respec to a MM (more dps, duh!) like this:

But then Im giving up some survival abilities so Im more fragile in arena. And I give up some crit % for some higher crits. So the question is, what would be most usefull for me and my team, higher crits or more crit? More damage vs more CC?

So my question is, what is your experience regarding whats best for arena and raiding. I would probably do 80% arena and 20% raiding :)

Further more, do you guys know what build that gives you the highest crit? Not crit chance, but damage :)
