I finally got over 300 Hit Rating today...302 to be exact and I was wondering if this is a good number to stay at and start focusin on Agility now? Or should I keep working on getting my Hit higher??

It's not about "working on" any particular stat. Go get the rogue DPS spreadsheet, plug in your talents, gear, enchants, and gems, and look at upgrades.
