You don't like me much do you? I was asking for a suggestion on a hybrid 41/20 that would work for someone focused on beginning raiding that pvp's on the side without having to respec each week. Apparently your comprehension skills are lacking. If that build doesn't exist...just say so. I tooled around with it and this is the build I thought might be viable.

Go with whatever build you think you will enjoy. If your guild/team starts demanding you respec because your build isn't optimal, then leave and find a guild/team with members who have lives.

Or, more accurately, if your team forces you to respec, they are d*ckfaces and you should punch them in the feet.
If your team is any serious with arena, they would never let you play with a PvE spec...

Hahahaha I got to Theo I guess. Dude you need to chill out a bit and not take everything so seriously. I have two diff. sets of gear, and I don't ever know which is on the armory. One is geared +hit +AP, the other geared +stam +Agi. You guess which is which in your infinite genius, you f***ing dunce. I'll state it one more time - I was looking for an answer, and in a roundabout way you answered it - there is no viable pve/pvp build for a guy like me who isn't on a 1900's arena team. That's all you had to say, shi$head.

There's really no need for all this. Thomas, Theo did kind of answer your question, and Theo, you were unnecessarily rude in answering it. Lets leave it at that and get on with some worthwhile discussion.
Thomas, the build you posted does have a few holes. In detail:
1) There is nothing in the first tier of combat that makes a blind bit of difference to PvE. Since you want a build that does both, pick up the one talent that makes a difference in PvP; Improved Gouge.
2) Improved Eviscerate is a waste of points end-game. For PvE your finishers of choice are Slice and Dice first and Rupture second; for PvP Kidney Shot is your friend. In neither will you be using Eviscerate enough to warrant 3 points in there. You'll probably want this for leveling though, and you'll have to respec at 70 anyway (as you should be ***/Sub for leveling, then ***/Com for 70).
3) Improved Kidney Shot is godly for PvP. If you want a build that does both, I reckon you should favour a PvP Mut/Com build rather than a strictly PvE one, as you're trading a mild dip in PvE damage for a big boost in PvP ability. Fleet Footed should probably be taken for the same reason.
You're not going to top damage meters this way, but you won't anyway unless you're the best geared of your fellows.
