Can someone plz rate my build...Follow

#1 Mar 25 2008 at 6:00 AM Rating: Decent
So, I've been trying to come up with a viable d/w build. And, while i have done some research into the subject none of the builds I've seen have appealed to me. So, I played around with the talent calc. and came up with this. Any advice on if it's viable or any constructive critisism?

Here is the link...

you say you've been looking for a dual wield build, yet you linked a 2h arms build?

dual wield with imp execute. swap points out of imp execute into precision as needed to obtain 9% hit.

Thank you much... I wasn't sure if sacrificing part of the fury tree would be worth it to specialize in any particular weapon set with the arms tree.

that 17/44 spec is a cookie cutter spec for a reason. once you have enough hit and crit to make it work, it works wonders.

a 26/35 build incorporating death wish and sword spec from the arms tree and talents from fury down to BT has been discussed elsewhere as a possible alternative to the traditional 17/44 spec for dual wielders who aren't geared well enough yet (crit <25% unbuffed in battle stance) to be able to maintain constant flurry uptime.

Weapons specs are not better than the two last tiers of the fury tree. If you're low on gear and want to fake your DPS up to a good level, getting specials-hitcap and spamming HS is a good idea. You'll be using high threat abilities, but if you were having trouble with your DPS before, I doubt that you'll pull aggro in a hurry.

Check out the cookie cutter spec, it's worthwhile.

the folks over at EJ had come to the same conclusion. the 26/35 spec wasn't even close to matching 17/44's dps as tested by some fury warriors in BT. they had merely speculated that 26/35 might be a viable alternative if you were unable to keep flurry up constantly.

Actually, assuming +5% crit from axes, not even then would it be worthwhile. If you're using BT and WW every time they're up and HS:ing when rage permits... I'd assume your Yellow vs. White Damage ratio is 50/50. Now, 5% extra chance to make 50% of your damage 25% better... I'd do the whole 'math page example' for you... but honestly I don't feel up for it. I did help my brother calculate this once, although (I believe) not thoroughly with flurry in consideration.

It's in his useful posts, check it out if you like.

Xordon... just me being retarded assuming that everyone knew that by the time he wrote so (and a lot more too, might I add) in the FAQ.

Though, that was only written in the so-called 'useful posts' at the top of the page. Wouldn't think anyone's read the useless ones at the bottom :P

tbh id take the points out of imo charge, as you will be swapping to zerker as soon as you charge anyway and will lose the bonus rage.

blood craze is pointless as you wont be getting hit, filling out commanding presence is a much better idea.

filling out imp. HS is a good idea, as its a rage dump if you can leave your self with rage after you use HS then its gonna make it easier to continue your BT/WW cd spam
