Can someone explain why Mind Flay is a talent at level 20 and a spell at level 28.
My priest is now level 20 so can I use Mind Flay yet?

Mind Flay is a talent in the shadow tree, the spell at level 28 is rank 2, you must have the rank 1 spell from talents before you can learn it.
So you can learn mind flay if you spec for it, otherwise you won't be able to learn it.

No, the talent is called Mind Flay, what Tynuv said is correct.
