I've seen the aethien' guide for kara and found it very helpful, but my new guild will be runnin gruuls and ZA soon.
So I just wanna know if I'm geared enough for them and, if not, what gear I need and where I can get it

I'm not up to your level yet so take this advice with a grain of salt.
I expect a decent way to check that yourself would be to use the Armory's 'find an upgrade' feature. If most of your gear is better than what is shown on Aethien's list and the rest is at least equal, then you're probably ready.
I'd say you need a better bow or gun plus get rid of your last green item. Plus enchant ALL your gear.

I'd take you into a Gruul run, but I highly recommend getting hit capped. If you get up to 142 hit, you'll increase your DPS by almost 3%. Also, if you change one of those +16 AP gems on your chestpiece to a purple gem, you would have the requirements for the Relentless Earthstorm Diamond on your helm, which would increase your DPS significantly.
I don't, however, think that you'll you well in ZA. ZA is for the people who have gotten all (or at least MOST) of their gear from Kara/Gruul/Magtheridon, and are looking for better options to run T5 content like SSC and TK.
