Resto/Balance hybrid for arena?Follow

I'm new to alla, and currently I'm using the standard resto arena spec. I'm enjoying it so far, and as I get geared up and seeing more successful matches I think to myself that is it worth 11 points in feral for feral charge?

Also, I have tree form atm and i've never used it once during a match. I think i might need to drop that dead weight and put my points else where.

So I'm think of this hybrid resto/balance spec to be able to heal and put out some meager dps to assit my teammates.
27/34 hybrid arena spec

It takes away all feral talents, and tree form, along with Empowered Rejuvenation.

It adds Natures Reach which will benefit after 2.4 cyclone range nerf. Most importantly it adds all of the balance's tree tier 5 talents, which will add to a druids longevity and productivity in arena in healing and dps.

Furthermore, with this spec I would be able to solo with some ease and still PVE some heroics and other events.

So please, help this new level 70 druid and alla user if his idea is workable in the arena setting.

I know its my char. and I can do what I want but, I respect everyones opinion and want to make the best druid I can.

I think the resto/balance hybrid is more like a DS/restokin build, using the extra mp/5 from Dreamstate to counter mana burns. I'll see if I can find more info, since I don't PvP.

The most popular offspec (if one can talk about a such) is to go resto-chick, aka 34/0/27, skipping out swiftmend. It's a very potent specc, and you simply just don't go oom with >200 MP/5. Tried it with a rogue, and while it's a fun (and very efficient specc) I didn't really like it. I felt the sacrifice of feral charge and swiftmend to be too much since it gimped me severly against dual DPS teams which are the teams druid + rogue often got problems with.
