I skimmed through the Stickies, Googled for an answer, and searched for Idols in the "Items...By Slot" section here at Alla... But the lowest level Idol I could find was something crazy like 52.
Now... On my hunter, I started seeing stats on my ranged weapon in my 30s-Early 40s. On my Warlock, I also started to see stats on my wands at the same time.
So are Druids just gimped out of the possibility for those extra stats until we hit Outland and run instances? The Relic slot was added back in patch 1.1... Did Blizzard really add the Relic slot and only give a few opportunities to get them in higher-end raids and instances?

yes m8 we dnt get idols till much higher than everyone else gets stats on their bow/wand, this is the same for pallies & shammies.
i belive this is because they directly affect the amount of dmg/healing our spells do, not just base stats.
idol of ferocity, damage from rake and cake increased by 20
deep strike bow ,base stats that will increase dps a small bit.
