Benchmarks for ZA/SSC/TK content?Follow

So i'm currently a prot spec pally... And i tend to get a lot of crap from people.. granted.. there are a few people out there who recognize the utility of a prot pally.. but most groups want me to be holy.. i find it difficult getting groups for gruul.. and i'm not yet ready for ZA/SSC/TK content.. i'd like to know what the benchmarks are.. what should i shoot for both Prot and Holy?... right now my stats are thus...

Prot

519 Defense (subject to change)
12.2k Hp unbuffed
97.9 avoidance (with holy shield)
319 spell dmg

I realize i'm geared to pretty much MT kara. In fact i have a few times. I mostly OT. I also know that before i can get into SSC/TK or ZA i need to be uncrushable.. which would mean 102.4 avoidance min. I'm not sure how much HP i should be looking for, but i've heard around 14k unbuffed or more.

My problem is this. I find it hard getting groups for heroics and gruul and such. So my badges are low in number. Not to mention 2.4 coming out whenever. So i'm saving my badges until then. If i cant get the avoidance and HP for higher content before i'm thinking maybe i have the holy gear.. maybe not.. to do taht before the patch. So i'm interested in holy benchmarks as well.

Now.. i've never specced holy, so some of this info is questionable. I'll list my stats in holy gear as PROT, and my assumed values if i specced holy.

Holy
+1082 heals (prolly around 1300ish with talents)
14.13 spell crit (extra 5% from talents would give me 19.13%)

So i've read that i should have around 100 mp5. I guess i could sac some crit to be just around 15%. Most of my holy gear is random garbage from kara no one needed, so that can be improved pretty easily. But, also i could improve some prot gear if only the damned pieces would drop.

So i'd like to know what the benchmarks are. That is my main question. What amount of stats should i have for ZA, SSC, and TK content both Holy and Prot.

My secondary question is basically. Should i stay prot or go holy? That of course is open to interpretation. I enjoy both so thats not a factor. I'm thinking, how fast can i gear up? Is it viable before 2.4? I'd like to know you're input.

500-520 Defense is a good range
13.5k+ HP, unbuffed
102.4% avoidance
300+ spell power

Those prot stats will get you through most of SSC/TK/ZA Only Kael and Vashj would really give you trouble w/ that.

should really get crushing blows off the table. no point going higher hp if a crush knocks you out. only thing i hate about warriors is they dont have to worrie about it as much and can stack more hp first.

9/10 warriors see the posts on "effective health" and get stupid with their Stam stacking, though. People have yet to figure out that balancing your stats is the best way to gear a tank.
