I have a 61 ally Paladin, I know what the BG chats are like.
Just a bunch of people shouting different instructions, calling each other names, and fighting about experience/strategy until you all fail.

Excuse me, but how is that different from horde BG chat? A bunch of kids crying "just loose already" 5 sec into a BG and calling you names just for trying to actually fight.
Barrens chat on the other hand makes you wan't to sit in a corner and cry after just flying over it on the way to Tanaris.

Let me give you the usuall trade chat that either involves, Cnorris, Pie, Politics, Females, Noobs/scrubs, SSC elevator, Sexual orientation, or [Giant Stalkers Belt]. Recently people have been spamming trade with sentances with linked abilities.

Yep, that sounds like Alliance PvP alright ...
I can't decide if this is off-topic or related to everything in this thread, but I had an entertaining experience in a BG the other night that made me think of this thread. I (as a Resto Shaman) and a Retribution Paladin held down the Lumber Mill through the entirety of an Arathi Basin game, always long enough for help to arrive through literally constant Horde assaults of 3-6 people or more. 200k healing and a WF Totem from me later, the Paladin had 29 HK's and 0 deaths. He was still only third in the BG in total damage done, but still, just... God damn.
Sadly, I can still say I would have preferred an Arms Warrior.

That actually makes me want to roll a resto shaman. I love healing in Battlegrounds.
