Grand Marshal's Left Hand Blade
Is it worth the effort to farm the honor and marks (12,240 20 AB) to get this for offhand L60+ and how long would it last to/be replaced with?
Im enh spec and mostly PVE. PVP is just something I do for fun randomly

My rogue is 64 at the moment and hasn't yet found something to replace Warblade of the Hakkari (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=19866) as his OH, which is significantly weaker than the Grand Marshall blade.
Seems worth it imo, and I'm not usually one to advise PVPing when you could be out leveling+questing.

Not at all, no. It won't last you that long into the Outlands and will take a significant time investment, especially if you don't really like PvP.
If you have the patience to farm 12K plus honour, another 6K more would not be too much now, would it?
18K honour for a nice S1 fist weapon that will last you quite a while... until 2.4 hits of course.
