so im lvl 68 hunter and im planning at the 70 to do some arena, wsg and av ... and i know that i wanna be mainly MM but where should i put the reste of my points? or should i be full MM?

The 41 points in the MM tree can vary a little bit depending on what you want to do. Many go for imporoved stings so they can work on draining people's mana. Others go for more dmg. It will depend on what kind of Arena team you are on.
The 9 points in the SV tree are to get imporoved range, improved humanoid dmg, and improved wing clip.
