Hello all,
I have a question regarding hit rating for enhance shaman. With talents Improved duel wield offers 6% chance to hit while duel wielding and Resto talent (name escapes me) offers 3% chance to hit with spells and weapons. Does this mean an enhance shaman has 9% chance to hit with these talents and if not how much hit rating should i shoot for?

As per your question, having the 2 talents is of course a must. From there, you shouldn't be looking for hit rating, just look for your other important stats (STR -> Crit -> AP -> Agil -> Stam) and the +hit will come.
