Today's Daily Heroic was Mana Tombs, I had a pro group set up and we cleared our way to the first boss like it was nothing. Only to have said boss then kill me repeately. I've got 14k hp, 24.8k armor, and 29% dodge. None of the other heroics have given me near this much problems.
armory

Is there any strategies for tanking this guy as a feral druid? Even with all my armor he chewed me up like I was a clothy....
Any help greatly appreciated.

he chewed you up like you were a clothie because you *were* a clothie. everyone is a clothie vs that guy, cause all of his attacks are shadow damage, which means they ignore armor. you coulda tanked him in cat and had about the same results. only difference would have been the lower hp you had from not being in bear.

best way to beat this guy is to deck yourself out in shadow resistance greens. then he becomes little more than a free badge every day.

alternatively, you dps while the warlock tanks, if you have a warlock that is. shadow ward makes life a lot easier, and destro locks with nether protection pretty much trivalize this fight.

I love WoWWiki's last line about the Shadow Resist gear.

Useful note on SR : since there's no physical damage, the tank can build a cheap resist set from misc armor types, down to and including cloth. At this point he will probably look quite comical, which may provide added entertainment value. Alternately, try to find a decent robe, as this will preserve some modicum of dignity and maybe even provide neat screenshots.

Sounds like my healing gear.
(Image doesn't seem to be cropping right in Alla's editor.)
