the deal is as far as i can read morogrims attack speed is on a random timer, and im wondering how (or if)TC debuff affects this. i can apply the debuff to him, but im wondering if anyone have done some kind of numbers to check if it have effect.

It's not on a random timer.
It just seems to speed up sometimes because he'll swing, turn to Waterfall people and eat three parries then turn back to you and smack you in the face.
