Meta Gem for an affliction warlock?Follow

Hi, my gf has just got her T4 helm. It's her first with a meta socket and i'm really unsure of what to recommend.

What do most people go for?

She already has boar's speed on her boots so the 12SD and minor speed one is a bit wasted.

Other options: Mystic SD (half spell cast one) - looks good but much of a damage increase?

12 intel and chance to regen mana - good but she has few mana problems (life tap with SL and drain life)

Looking on the AH i saw the healing one with 26 healing (and 9 spell damage) with 2% reduced threat which seems quite good, less threat is always good and only 3 less SD than the other one.

Swift Starfire Diamond. Sold for 8 Spirit Shards in that town in Terrokar. IMO, for an Affliction lock, the +Spell Dam is more useful than the +Crit, and the run speed is nice too.

You should have her look at wow-loot.com. At the bottom of the page for Warlocks are some great suggestions for gems and enchants. Don't worry about the purple gems until your in T6 content, unless you loaded and can get them off the AH now.
