My UD warrior is lvl 45 and I feel like it is time to upgrade from my WWaxe.
Any suggestions? I'd prefer a drop over AH, I'm not rich.

I kept mine until 51 when i got the IBS..
I also thought it was about time for an upgrade at around 43ish, but could'nt justify the cash for Kang when IBS was at 51

I replaced WW with that sword from Uldaman and then used that until IBS.

A link to your exact build would help, but just guessing it would probably be best to get a slower two hander for an upgrade. Like one already mentioned, Stoneslayer from Uldaman is a good choice as well as Rockpounder from there. Both drop from the same boss, Archaedes, at the end of the instance.
If you have some spare money though, I would suggest picking up the Executioner's Cleaver from the Auction House. It is a great upgrade that will do you well up until you can obtain the Ice Barbed Spear from AV at 51.

I wouldn't waste cash on AH, but the Ulda weapons are indeed a very good choice. For more, browse Allakhazam or WoWhead for weapons around that level. You could also pick up the Atlas addon if you haven't already got it.
While I agree for the most part that buying off the AH is a waste at that level, if you can find that axe at a decent price you should definitely get it. Those two weapons from Uldaman do not have a fantastic drop rate, and unless you are able to get high level help it can be a pain to obtain as most people do not want to run Uldaman.

Ironically enough... I have seen nothing but those weapons drop from the boss of Ulda. in fact I did 8 runs or so in a week.
I got both on my warrior, my wife got both on her pali, a guildy got both as well on his warrior, and some random extras got them the last times we ran. (2 different people) The sword drops more frequently than the mace though. Definately seen the sword more.
Until I had Atlas loot I didn't know that boss dropped anything but that.
you could also try for the epic in ZF...i got lucky and had it after 5 or 6 runs.

I switched to Truesilver Champion at 47 and then a friend gave me Destiny at 53. The IBS is nice eventhough I never got it till I was 60 (Pre BC).
