Mob dies in wall.. Call a GM?Follow

I have started playing my warlock again and am just loving how I can fight things that are many levels higher then I by fearing + DOTing him. Yesterday I had a situation where I was fighting some boss for a quest through the fear + DOT and he ended up dieing inside a wall while running feared. It was one of those quests where, of course, I needed his head. I ended up waiting around for like 15 mins and fought him again but this time I didn't fear him once his life started getting low. I let him pound on me for a while until the DOTs got him.

When a mob goes through the clipping plain, or whatever it's called and dies some place where he is unaccessible or shouldn't have gone in the first place, can you call a GM and have them do something? I understand that, if I were to call a GM, there is a very strong possibility that the corpse would have vanished before they get there but do you think that is something GMs would do?

I don't want to fight for 15mins and then have the mob die in a wall out of my reach only to have to stand around 15 mins and fight it for another 15 mins.

Unrelated but I had another nutty run in with terrain and the game acting funny. I was in nagrand on my hunter leveling up my lower level boar. Was fighting the ogres in the northwest near where the last corky quest is. I was on the mountain and I saw one of the mage ogres disappear. Figured someone killed him but because of the distance I was from him, my screen just didn't show it correctly. Well I went out and started killing the other mage ogres around and all the sudden I was being hit by those bolts. Looked over and bolts were coming out of the ground. That ogre fell through the land I guess and was fighting me from under the ground. Well it wouldn't let me shoot back at him because of line of sight so I took off running but he still killed me.
The really weird part was I went ahead and resed at the GY because I didn't feel like running back to my body only to then come back near where I was. I resed up got on my flyer and lifted off. All the sudden I heard the ogre agro laugh and these bolts were coming up from out of the ground. I was no where near where I had fought the ogre but apparently here he was. Tried to fly away but those bolts are like heat seeking missile and track you as you go. Well I got hit by the first one and nothing happened. It didn't say it was resisted and it didn't show my health going down but the animation of me getting hit was going off. Bolt after bolt and nothing. It didn't even mark me as in combat. Just flew around in circles for a few mins getting hit by the bolts that weren't actually doing anything. lol

Nutty glitch. Never seen anything like it before.

Enemy "bolt" spell animations sometimes glitch out when you die. Sometimes you keep getting hit by non-existent bolts even while you're dead or after you rez.

LOL OK. Was kind of neat but at first I thought the damned ogre had followed me all the way back over to the GY.

I had a similar situation like that in Nagrand. I went to attack one of the air elementals but before I landed a hit on it, it teleported a few yards away and literally sunk through the ground. I still had him targeted but it was the last I've seen of him.

Some AoE moves still work on them though. I had that happen to an ogre on Warmaul hill. I just laid an explosive trap down on top of where my cat was attacking and let the damage eat him up.

Kinda sucked that I couldn't loot him but he was starting to **** me off.

Had something like this happen while questing in the Dranei (sp?) starting area. I was supposed to kill this named mob, fight through a whole cave to get to him (although I was high enough lvl that it wasn't hard, just time consuming). I finally find the mob I need to kill, but he's sunk down into a piece of the landscape with only the top of his head showing. I walk over to him and he starts wailing on me. I take damage, but I can't hit back as he evades everything. I think at that point I decided it wasn't worth it so I moved on to something else, but it was annoying.

Lol me and my friend were doing arena and he got feared through the nagrand arena. he couldn't walk back in because the arena walls blocked him off and after i died the other team sat there for like 10 minutes going WTF?

Bloody annoying when that stuff happens. Once I deathcoiled a rogue in WSG, only to have him run into a wall and become untouchable for three seconds. That was deadly glitch, for me anyway.

I also noticed some mobs have their animation in a different spot to where they really are. So the mob looks as if its just standing there, but in reality its beating the bejesus out of you.
