Some questionsFollow

Hello my fellow allakhazam'ers.
First off, I would like to tell you, the reader, that I'm asking this so I'm ready when the time comes for me to raid.
Atm I have trouble fitting a instance in my time schedule, so a raid is next to impossible.
Atm I'm doing a mix of bg's and arena-matches, and wish to stay marksman for arena.
With that out of the way, I hope you guys can help me.

Question 1: A druid friend advised me to take up two S1 swords/daggers, And then get a +30 int enchant on both of them.
The reason he said, was because that increased mana-pool & mana-reg (from viper) really helped out in the long matches.
If you look at my armory, you'll probably, atleast I did, notice two things.
-Low mp/5(as in, no mp/5), and my manapool seems kinda low.
-Low hit.

Also, from what I've read here, my AP is to low for marksman, but I'll respec to BM for raiding anyways.

So, If I were to take two S1 with 2x+30 int, and put a mana oil on both, would that help me in kara?
What my armory, doesn't list, is that I have the t4 gauntlets on my bank.
(And 'beastmaw pauldrons' or somethnig like that, from opera, but my ap & crit drops when I equip them.)

Question 2 : This is more of a PVP question really, I was wondering why alot of people don't take imp. ranged weapon specialization?
Also, I was told that I should go for +ap till I hit 300 tooltip dps, and then go for agi.
So I went for savagery, but did I do the right thing?

If you arena with a drain team (the only viable option for hunters really) 2 1 handers with 30 int wins.
preferably the 1H axes because those are slow to boot (a.k.a the few hits you get in hit harder)
Although it wouldnt be the first thing to focus on imo... save up honor now, as much as you can.
And spend it all when S4 comes out on merciless gear :P

2-3 weeks for 2.4 to come, 2 more weeks for S4, so 4-5 weeks, you'll be busy enough farming god knows how much K honor for belt + boots + bracers + whateverS2pieceyoucanafford.
You might be a bit gimped now, but you'll get a nice headstart at the beginning of S4.
