6/44/11 is a good raiding build. You can take the point from shadowburn for full imp. life tap if you want. You hardly ever use shadowburn in raids anyway. It's nice when you have to finish off the elementals on vashj, but other than that I can't think of any other time you use it...

Raids != PvE. Shadowburn is nifty when grinding and nice if you want to save the tank in a hurry in a 5-man. Also, with the welfare epics Season 1 gear now available for Honor and a good few pieces of other PvP gear great for PvE, it's nice to be able to PvP once in a while.
