Well, I'm a demo/destro specced lock (0/21/40) and I've got some questions concerning my gear.
I'm currently almost full-kara-epicced with a few exceptions (armory=this)
However despite this, my bonus spell damage is still relatively low, and it's something that I need to raise in order to maximize my dps potential.
So my question is, which gear should I search out in order to raise my bonus spell damage? I'm asking about gear, I'm not asking about specs, since I'm almost positive I'll be told to respec to affliction until I get better gear. Affliction is almost entirely out of the question given that after going Destro at 60 I never looked back.
So, any tips of instances/raids to farm for better gear? Any ideas would be much appreciated.

If all you're really into is raiding, and you're NOT affliction right now... then I'd have to say your problem is +SpellHit, not Crit%.
Big numbers are nice, but with 51 +SpellHit, you will not be seeing as many since a good chunk of your damage will be completely negated.
What I see here is that you're missing the best 3 pieces of the Voidheart set - the 3 that give SpellHit. You may wanna Keep your robe for now, though, but the other 2 pieces can be switched out.
Your Meta choice is somewhat odd, as well as some of your other Gem selections. You're gonna want to Max your SpellHit (+202) and when your gear teir jumps a level or 2 this wont be a chore but for now, this is your real goal.
You have alot of +spell and +sta that could definatly be replaced (especially with the 2.4 Lifetap change if you're raiding +Sta is a worthless gem use.) With a Ruin build your top attributes to build with are +SpellHit and Crit% (after Haste, of course.)
For the mean time, a good changing out is in order -- to get real upgrades though, mate, you're stuck for now. You need to progress to higher gear... Kara isn't exactly good compaired to T6.

Destruction at low gear levels is tricky, since your main source of Spell Hit and your main source of Spell Crit are one and the same. I'd have to reccomend switching back to Affliction and gemming for as much Spell Hit as possible. While your Spell Crit is certainly impressive, at this gear level you really don't need it. Destruction is only really viable at over 1K +Shadow, ~15%+ Spell Crit and capped Hit. If you insist on gimping yourself, then I can't really say anything, other than that variety is the spice of life. I hated every second of Demonology while levelling and now I'm Felguard and loving it.
Actual BAD parts of your gear:
Intellect Gem in Belt?
Spellfire Belt? (Frozen Shadoweave is a much better idea.)
No Wand? Get the one off Blackheart or the Ogri'La one at the least.
Your Trinkets: Pendant of the Violet Eye is meh for a Warlock, if you have mana problems you're doing something wrong, and Vengeance of the Illidari is way old. Go for Xi'ri's Gift and maybe the Scryer's Bloodgem.
Spell Penetration Gem in Shoes?
Spell Damage/Crit Gem in Shoulders? The Resilience bonus is useless for PvE.
That change was rolled back weeks ago.
