I think what he wanted was a build with all the necessary talents to heal in raids, but also have some points in balance for solo/pvp viability (rather than whacking mobs to death with his branches at the speed a level 30 hunter can kill a level 50 non-elite). This build is actually almost exactly like a build I used to use, except I took the points out of NG and IMF to get CoN. This is a great build, however you must have the necessary +heal to make it so you can heal with pretty much HoTs alone. If your gear provides less than 1000-1300 +heal (depending on the gear of the tanks you get) you're better off with the HPS from a dreamstate build. That being said, you can solo most anything (except rock and wind elementals) pretty quick with the build you suggested, dragon.
this is the dreamstate build. You may think it's f**** up, but the purpose of this build is to provide high HPS at a low HPM, which you will need if your gear is subpar for a HoT build. This spec has more mana regeneration and more raw +healing than the HoT builds, but fizzles out due to the low mana efficiency of HT. This build also allows you to DPS fairly well, albeit not as well as a full balance druid. It's capable of off-healing or DPSing dependent upon what you need for a run. Some fights in Kara, like Shade or Nightbane, don't really need a HoT healer that much if you've got a lot of group heals, and extra DPS helps those fights.
So, dragon, pre-1k +heals I'd recommend the DS/NS build. Post-1.3k go with your build. In the middle, it's up to you. Personally, I use
this for my build, and don't even bother soloing - I got mining and herbalism to make money on this guy.
