I looked at sticky topics and they helped me a lot,but I didn't find an addon that shows me on my monitor when I get clear-casting state!
It would be very useful if there is some because looking all the time in upper right corner to see if I got it is stupid.
I heard that there is some addon that shows OoC,but can someone link it or tell its name?

you don't need an addon for this.
if you go into the advanced interface settings and turn on "scrolling combat text" with all ticks boxes in that section ticked (these are options for what you see e.g Damage dealt, Damage Received etc..)
you will then get messages for all buffs when you get them so when OoC procs a message will appear in the middle of the screen saying "Clear Casting"

I tried that floating combat text option,but don't see any setting about buffs?!
