The only thing I have in mind to save my badges for is for The Blade of Harbingers. The plate gear seems more like for DW spec, I think haste would reduce that chances of me hitting MS/WW/Slam rotation. So right now I'm debating over saving my badges for the axe or getting Bloodthirster's Wargreaves. Take in mind that my guild has just started to farm Kara (my server lacks progression guilds, top 7 guilds haven't finished MH yet).
My Armory, if anyone has any other suggestions, I'm all ears.
(I know Arms is kind of useless in Kara, but it still helps on some bosses)

Looks like you went with the wargreaves after all. Which is a good choice, I don't know what you where using before, but despair is a sick sick dps weapon. Great proc rate, procs with sword spec well. Hard to stop using it, even with a +20 dps weapon to consider.
the haste isn't going to change your swing time as much as flurry does. 3.3% haste is not very noticeable.
You could use more hit rating, which is another reason i think the 'greaves where the better choice.
