Spell hit for frost :: Free Realms

At the moment i'm frost and i'm planning to stay frost until i can replace my frozen shadoweave set with raid drop.

I want to know the spell hit need to avoid spell miss for a frost spec. I'll get the trinket in netherstorm and i'll change my gem for +spell dmg and spell hit. I know i miss some good stats with the pvp item but its what i have and i have to work with

I don't know the exact number, but knowing that 202 (without talents) is spell hit capped, and 164 is with fire (with elemental precision) that difference of 28 is 3%, add another 3% (because of the ghost hit cap for frost spells) means that 164-28 = 126

With the elemental precision talent 164 is the spell hit cap. There will still be a 1% default chance of a miss that comes with any mob in the game. Exalted with CE gives a great ring and revered with Scryers gives another great trinket that will get you a good part of your spell hit total. Fill up gear with Veiled Noble Topaz and you are good to go.
