I'm looking at the choices for a meta gem, and I can't decide between:
Swift Starfire Diamond
Insightful Earthstorm Diamond
-and-
Bracing Earthstorm Diamond
I know the swift diamond is damage instead of healing, but it gets the bonus of run speed which trees severely lack. I don't really have problems with threat, but 26 +heal is 26 +heal. As to the chance to restore mana on spell-cast, I'm thinking of going with that, but I just want to hear others opinions before I spend 100+ gold.

id say insightful or bracing, whichever makes gemming easier.
run speed really isnt THAT huge of an issue with tree, and the way the modifiers work youd only get 80% of the 8% increase, meaning youre still running over 10% under normal speed.

Gemming shouldn't be an issue, as all red or blue slots I do purple healing/spirit gems and all yellow slots I do orange healing/int gems, thus I end up with 2 of each very fast, and I will always have more red than blue since ALL are partially red, and only most are partially blue.
So between the two, which would you recommend? Like I said earlier I'm leaning toward insightful, but not entirely sure yet.

id say insightful too. threat really isnt a huge issue when you talent properly and with the right buffs. but more mana is always nice.
