All WC bosses except the two last at level 20... Butcher and Baron down in SFK, like 21 or 22. First two bosses in BFD at 24...

I stopped around there.

As 70 I've soloed BRD. That's the highest I can think of.

I've soloed a decent amount of the Pre-BC Instances. Scholo, Strat, BRD. Nothing like MC... I've yet to solo a BC Instance.
