quest shoulders from nether storm. quest belt from netherstorm(have to got to mech and bot) trinket from nether storm or one from shatter halls. lvl 65 boe shield from ah(something walkman or something like that)

One thing that would help immensely is gemming for Dodge instead of Parry...

8 Dodge >> 8 Parry for uncrushable

23.7 Parry = 1% Parry
18.9 Dodge = 1% Dodge

For your current set-up:

5*8 = 40

40/23.7 = 1.69
40/18.9 = 2.12

You'd benefit greatly from picking up a little more gear with built-on defense (ie. replacing greens, and upgrading a few blues) so that you don't have to gem for defense. Why? Health.. good.. :D

And you'll pick up a little more avoidance along the way.

While I'm not sure how close this will get you, here's a few suggestions:

Enchant cloak-> dodge
Enchant shoulders
Do the Arcatraz key quest line, very nice belt reward
Do the Netherwing quest line, decent shield reward
Do the questline to get Dabiri's Enigma in Netherstorm
Quest inside mana tombs for Flesh Beast's Metal Greaves
Clefthide Leg Armor - you'll likely be using those same pants you have for a while anyways
Buy some Bracers of the Green Fortress
Brestplate - either up your smithing and do the level 65 armorsmithed one, do the questline in Nagrand, or get the Jade Skull one from Mechanaar
Felsteel Gloves
Delecate Eternium Band

...ok maybe it was more than a few suggestions, but that should keep you busy for quite a while, and should get you most or all the way to being uncrushable.
