ok, so after some thinking, i try out the arcane spec with 2t5
i am using arcane/fire 45/13/3
the problem now is i got 128 spellhit, which is way too much for arcane spec (my spell rotation is ABx3, AMx2, and fireball sometimes)
so should i change all my gem to +9spell damage? or i should keep some of it since i am using fireball sometimes?

The proper AB rotation (assuming you want to try it... although without straight AB spamming a deep fire build is more dps).
That being said (and back to my point) the correct/normal rotation is:
3xAB + AM + Scorch + 3xAB (or sometimes just 3xAB + AM + AB. You want to get the speed on the last one to start the next cycle.

hm...if so what should be talent be Anobix?

well, when will i get out dps by fire mage?
we are still in SSC and TK, and i dont think my guild will progress to MH and BT so soon
till now, their gear are more superb then me, around +100 damage more then me at least, but in some fight i still able to out dps them ,some fight lose though, just abit
the question is to replace most of the gem in my geears will need at least 300gold, which is quite a lot for me as i dont have much time to farm
and the gold in my toon i needed to save for exilir,pots and others
and mayb 300 riding skill...zzzz

for some reason it seems that the armory is down (or the link that you gave doesn't work)
That being said, without a couple of pieces arcane loses a lot of viability: Mystical Skyfire Diamond + The Lightning Capacitor (both have been nerfed though), but those are what would help the class perform better.
If the mages that you are with are better geared and are decently skilled (don't move unless they have to, use their trinkets/combustion/etc properly) then they should easily outdps you.
To get an idea of the dps that you would be doing:

hm...imo, i find that their skill is better then me as they have far more raid experience then me
as this is only my 3rd week of serious raiding in SSC and TK
