Ok I'm leveling my mage for PvP and i'm specing 17/0/44. I'm kinda stuck on what shoulders to get at lv 60 I was looking at the warlord silk amrice (sp) but would those last till 70? Ive look at some stuff but that's all i really have found. I'm also planning to chill at lv 69 to farm for most of my S1 gear.

Outland quest gear is gonna top any gear you can get at 60.

Unless you wanna maybe raid naxx or something, *dreams* lol hope that answers your question. And if not here it is in a simpler way: Quest and your gear will be fine.

I had marks and honor burning a hole through my pocket (was saving them for gear at 70) and decided to splurge a bit. I got the Warlord's Silk Amice, thinking it was the most logical upgrade from what I had previously, and two hours later, replaced it with the Destroyer's Mantle that came from a quest in Outland.

Let my stupidity be your guide.
