I am getting back into WoW with my brother, and we will be rolling new classes for arena. I am wondering, since he will be rolling warrior will a Rogue+Warr be a good 2v2 combo?

Simple answer: No

Complex answer: I have heard of it working, but never done it myself. I cannot see the synergy between the two. you don't have solid cc to last long enough(1 fear, 1 blind maybe sap?) and I just can't see them nuking a druid that quickly in 2v2(where druids rule).

Though you will be fresh, this setup is extremely dependant on gear(the quciker you nuke, the more chances u have at winning), so I would advise against it.

Warrior/Druid is FotM in 2v2...

Good rogue combos:

rogue/frost mage
rogue/spriest
rogue/slsl lock
rogue/dreamstate druid

Maybe one or two others.

If he's rolling a warrior, roll a druid.

rog/war is glass cannon and a half

if you cant drop one of the guys in the opening 20 seconds, you probably lost, and considering the nature of 2v2 either be dps/control - dps/heal - or control x2

killing one fast will be rough, VERY rough

heh Theophany, sounds to me like youre forgetting the old disc priest/rogue.
thats a slap in the face :P
imo its better than dreamstate druid though.

Disc priest/rogue isn't as good anymore; it has a lot more counter comps than the ones I listed.

It's still viable, but spriest/rogue is better.

And no, it's definitely not better than a dreamstate druid.
