ok so guildies made another kara team and i'm the off tank. i'm probaly the most undergeared for kara besides maybe our healing shammy wich happened to get like 4 drops where i got nothing cept badges. we one shoted all up to netherspit where that took 3 tries first time mt died asap second 2 healers go down. failed price only tryed once got down to 28% or so. we passed on illhoof due to lack of lock almost stoped at shade due to no lock for elementals but i picked them up and tryed to los three into a conor. didnt do nightbane.mt died on maiden about halfway i got to pick her up and finish too bad he got the damn neck. anyways thats how it went

now for qestions.

1.illhoof anyone know of good video for oting and handleing the imps as prot pally? all the ones i look at come up ****** quality and havnet seen any info on it when trying to google it.

2. any tricks for extra damage to stay second on named? some i was close to second if not second on some, others i was low on threat since only oting. i would judge crusader aoe seal vengence and judge and repeat asap on aoes and veng.also used the 20% more damage cant remember name av?? unless asked not to aoe at all on a named. didnt drop any AS on named though just didnt seem good mana to threat.

thats all i can think of to ask atm. think i had more to ask but for somereason after kara couldnt get on alla at all. oh btw uncrushable now! woot.

The secret about paladin tanks is, that we are terrible OT's (compared to druids and warriors :P (who else)). Since a big chunk of our thread comes from reflective dmg, off tanking will often end out with a strugle for aggro and a loosing battle keeping mana. That said, a tankadin is prob the best tank in karazhan (due to the fact that allmost every mob is undead or demon).
When I'm tanking karazhan, I'm doing it alone (3 healers, 6 dps & 1 tank, ME :D) (The only place where it get's a little tricky is at moroes and the pull between maiden and opera. Moroes, use a pet or something like it as ot, the pull before opera BoSa is your friend :D).


Conserning Ill. To tank both - consecrate. Tank the imp - do as you do on normal mobs (if you don't have a big health pool, don't consecrate, since that will give you aggro from the small imps)

Time to roll w/ a new group, imo. "Gear to MT first" is a Pre-BC mentality that doesn't fly with me.
