Need some adviceFollow

Ok so im at 1770 AP, 23.34 Crit, and 298 Hit rating. I was wondering if now since my hit rating is high to Regem or sumtin. Like wat should i get lose the +8 hit gems for 4 hit/4 agi, or stack the 8 agi gems i cant decide. What gems are better and should i replace most of my 8 hit gems for 4 hit/4 agi. Wat will increase my overall damage and DPS
