So there I am, soloing a level 63 elite for a quest when i get a /tell from Migmasanidio saying,
"hi i read ur post on alakazam, just made this acct to tell u rofl ur an idio. points in ret b4 u max prot? terribad. gg"
I feel like i just submitted my email to some spam group and now the only way to clean myself of it is to abolish all records of my associate with this forum.
Though i will not, as it's one of the few forums that works for me while at work. And the comment is basically water of a ducks back to me, since my paladin seems to have no trouble at all in instances and soloing level 63 a black talon elite quest guy thing.
In conclusion i cannot find words to describe the idiocy for someone to do that.

I get people making characters to ask me mage questions about once every two weeks or so. Never had someone make a character to ***** at me, though.
I have had people in game go "hey do you post on Alla's", I have had people from other servers that I have BG'ed with make toons to thank me for somehow managing to keep them alive while 4 horde tried to kill the two of us.
Only once have I managed to get someone so sandy in the e-vag that they created a toon just to holler at me in game.

Dilbrt used to log on since he never actually raided with his guild and ask me crap while I was raiding.
I've had 2 people make alts to compliment me on my boss soloing videos, but that's it. :)
I rolled a Horde toon on a new (PvE) server specifically so I could annoy the crap out of all my friends, who have set up a casual raiding guild on said server (they're struggling on Kara.) I know they have to raid Tuesdays and Thursdays because of their schedules, so I make sure to send /tells to the raid leader in the middle of a Malchezzar fight to ask what he ate for lunch that day, and if it was as delicious and filling as he expected it to be.
Coincidentally, the character is an orc called Gahzghkull. Anyone who's played Warhammer 40,000 will know that the guy is a direct homage to the tabletop game, but for some reason a trade chat troll called Kahzghskull got it into his head that I plagiarised his sacred name, and now I get spam-flamed by him and his friends in Barrens chat.

I've met people IRL that happened to know me from Alla, mostly lurkers, though. Also, a couple of my RL friends started reading Alla and could pick out my mosts by my style.

Funny thing is I've only done kara like... 3 times, and he happened to pop on while I was doing one.
