Stealthing when DuelingFollow

I'm currently leveling my rogue as my focus-alt right now. He is 32 and rising. A friend of mine is leveling his warlock alt with me, but one thing i have noticed happening a lot is that whenever we duel i cant stealth without him seeing me. He doesn't have detect lesser invisibility up, and i usually stealth right when the duel starts, or during the countdown but nonetheless he still sees right through my stealth.

P.S. i don't have the Imp Stealth talent in subtlety

Thanks in advance!

If you are in his group, he can see through your stealth.

Also, Detect Lesser Invisibility does nothing against a rogue or druid.

But yes, if you are in a group, that is why.

If you are looking to pvp alot, I would pick up MoD, but don't worry, it gets better as your level progresses.

Thanks for the fast response.

And are you kidding me >_< it was only because i was in his group...

*sigh* oh well i guess it comes from never playing anything with stealth. -_-

Yes, my friend a Mage used to do this to me while dueling all the time. He'd just spam click fireblast until my name turned red and it would hit me while stealthed. You have a one to two second window of time before you'll disappear on his screen when dueling while grouped.

So you can disband, or just tell him to not start until you disappear.

Disgroup.

Get out of a caster's range.

Stealth when the countdown's around 2.

Give the caster some time to burn any AoE's before you move in so you don't get your opener ruined.
