help with pvp/duelingFollow

I was wondering if anyone knows of some tips to help a feral druid duel/pvp.
whenever i duel i usually lose especially against a mage or hunter. so i was wondering if anyone knew any tips on what to do to help or maybe some nice macros.

Dont be afraid to change forms to get out of snares. Mages and hunters we shouldn't have that many problems against because they have a hard time kiting us. Travel form is a low-mana shift that will get you out of frost nove or wing clip and enable you to return to kitty and keep tearing them up. Though a good frost mage...ugh.

In general, if you stay in one form throughout the whole fight, you're probably doing something wrong.
