Hey, my druid is using a dagger and a offhand for +21 spell damage.
I do have a other weapon wich gives significant more dps cause it is a slow 2hander.
Now my question is, because in moonkin form you regenerate sometimes when you hit a target, wich one is better? The one with spell damage or the slow 2hander?

I never really played OOMkin, but WoWWiki says the melee proc mana regen is 15 PPM, based on AP, not damage. If that's accurate, it wouldn't matter if it's a fast weapon or a slow weapon over a long fight. I would recommend getting a faster weapon, since it's easier to get weapon attacks in between spell casts.
