I would imagine you may find Hydross poisonable when in pure phase but unpoisonable when in poison phase, but that's a different story.

From what I've heard, they're changing Hydross so that he's not nature immune during his pure phase. Elemental shaman, rejoice!

Incidentally, he's never been nautre immune during frost phase. He's just always poison immune as he's an elemental, which is what they're removing (along with mechanicals).

Apparently I was misinformed. Any changes to bleed immunity?

Nice! I didn't realize that you guys were so far along. It seemed like when I left you were still not big enough to even do 25 man raids (thought that's just from memory - I could be wrong lol). Hopefully I'll get my sh*t in order soon... I have my name saved on the server in the form of an alt (on my brother's (cfrp) account).

We weren't, lol. We did a string of mass recruitment around Sep/Oct., and some old friends of the GM came back to play, which threw us into the 25 mans. We stepped into SSC right before Christmas, and now we have SSC on farm, D/Eing loots ftl :(

Hopefully we'll have Kael down by Monday.

I hate the fact that you have a warp spring coil and I spent how many fecking months doing VR and never saw it drop.

Lol...it dropped on our 1st and 4th kills. Unfortunely the rogue that received the first one doesn't raid with us. >.>

The Puncturing wounds buff seems to be a decent PvE buff in ideal situations, but seeing as those happen so frequently (lol) I'm not about to trade in my BS mace over it.

The thing is, im totally fine with ShS hemo being our de facto pvp build. What I do not like is sword spec owning all other specs to the point that even offhanding a sword with a mainhand mace/fist is better dps than pure mace or fist. If daggers are going to be useless for us, and merely stat sticks for hunters, make them either useful for pvp or pve, thats all i am saying. I hate seeing good weapons go to waste because showing up to a raid with them equipped will get you laughed at.

The mutilate buff is a step in the right direction, but positional requirements and funky combo point rotations make me think it will be crap in practice.

Granted, I haven't played this game for some time, but I raided a good deal using mutilate (and then combat swords) before I quit playing around the start of last school year (so sept some time). Mute cycles required a bit more "micro management" and were less "exact" that sword cycles; however, they still achieved the basic goal (to be efficient). I don't see any big changes that have occurred to mute, so I would assume that it's pretty much the same (again this is an assumption). I just talked to my brother who plays a pally in the raid guild that I was in. They have two rogues that actively raid with them, and one is mute. He said that the rogue was very competitive through all of Hyjal and BT with mute... always in (closely clustered) top 5 without a problem. I'd say that it is still plenty viable to raid with that build right now unless you are working on progression fights where the target cant' be poisoned. Hopefully you still aren't on VR/Hydross/etc...

On that note, changes to make more bosses poison-able, along with the extra 15% mute crit rate should make the build even more viable for raiding. It definitely does have it's benefits, it's fun to play, and after you've played a dagger build for quite a while, getting behind your target is second nature (you don't even think about it).

Edit: wonder if my sig will update

I find myself bring my druid in SSC and TK than my rogue, so it's a moot point. These days I just help farm ZA for newbs and such on my rogue. A shame too, since I can use shat flasks and im nowhere near the rep requirements for them on my druid. =(

I agree with the micromanagement portion, and honestly daggers are much easier to come by since no one wants them except for offspecs.
