Double evis damage against targets under 20%
It'll give rogues much needed finishing power by providing another choice besides hemo/SS/BS spam when players are near death.
From what I can see, this change won't make or break rogues.
Thoughts?

got a 45 rogue so not a lot of xp with them but it seems to me like it'll be mroe of a way to get outta tight spots to give rogue a lil more survivability but it realyl shouldnt make or break a rogue
Your basically wanting to turn it into an execute move. I like the idea, especially when you stack it with dirty deeds (+35%).
They would have to make it not stack with Dirty Deeds.
A rogue being able to throw out a 2700 pt Evis in arenas is OP.
A rogue being able to throw out 2k Evis in PVE is not OP.

How about this, Eviscerate does more damage against targets affected by Garrote and/or Rupture?
I guess that may be a little too close to the way feral kitty DPS works, but it makes sense.
You're going after a "wounded target", shouldn't your finishing move do more damage?
I could totally see rogues going with 4s/2r/5e cycles if that change went through.

I don't think it's OP stacked with dirty deeds...not when you compare it to Mangle, anyways.
My drood friend tells me he used to have an intelligent sequence set up, but then Blizzard made so that all he needs to do is "mangle mangle mangle win yay honour".

Shred -> Mangle.

Hmm, I re-specced to ShS because I was getting bored of Combat-Swords (I use a Dagger for an initial Ambush now, then switch to Sword and use Hemo > Evis), and I get lots of 2k Eviscerates in Instances/PvE.
I agree that Eviscerate is pretty pathetic without Dirty Deeds...
