Do these enchants boost your movement speed while shapeshifted? Does it stack with the Gladiator movement speed set bonus as well?
No, and no.
Well, it gives you a speed boost in Bear form. It doesn't stack with the speed boost in Cat or Travel form.

How much does it increase the Bear's run speed? Is it pretty noticeable?
The Gladiator boosts speed of bear, cat, and travel by 15%. It stacks with that?

And no; I meant it gives a boost without other run speeds. Gladiator's overwrites it if you have it.

Indoors, it works in all forms, which is the main appeal of it. Since majority of instances are indoors.
I always thought that run speed buffs didn't stack, with the possible exception of the gladiator's set bonus and Feral Swiftness. This chart that someone linked in another post suggests otherwise. The gladiator set stacking w/ 1 other speed buff would make sense, since we know it stacks with with Travel form (until 2.4).
