Arcane shot when you are moving..Follow
I have noticed that when i am moving or jump and use arcane shot to another person who is also running, i missed most of the times..when we stand still both i never missed..Why?Anyone knoes?or is was just bad luck?
a mix between low hit rate and bad luck.
