Recently I got to lvl 70. Got some badge items and some loot from black morass. Still have green pants and boots. Still speced combat for raiding.
I was wondering if I should start collecting arena points? I know it won't be easy with my gear, but still I would get some points for future.
Also, whom is the rogue best with in arena? or at least better than other?

From what I've heard frost mages are the best, closely followed by priests. I'm sure either would work.
You should find a partner that doesn't mind spending 40g a week to remake the team as in with little to no PVP gear you'll probably lose a lot, especially at 1500 rating. What you can do is lose your 10 games each week and drop to around 1350, get your points, then remake the team each Tuesday so the rating goes back to 1500 and you start all over again.
Once both of you have around 250 resilience you should find that you can hold your own and keep your rating around 1450 or better and don't have to remake the team each week.

in 2v2 .....rogues are perfect with others rogues..2 rogues(who know to pvp) are a deadly compination..can kill the the priest(even if he is a holu palla) in a matter of seconds
