So, once I have 9% hit, it would be safe to switch to fury and my specials will not miss.
Thanks for the in depth discussion, guys. I always thought that 24% would ensure that my specials will not miss but I guess this is a lot clearer now.

specials yes, but if you stop hit at 95 with precision you are gonna be very rage starved most of the time.
i was at 96 hit with precision for a while and it sucked, i think im now at 130 and it makes such a difference

Oh...I mean my hit rating is at 143 now (no Precision cause I'm Arms). Farming to make a good one hander and I'm respec'ing to fury. I already have the one handed mace off Aran and it's in my bank.

you should have no problem with missing m8 you will get a few 'wooshes' but still have more than enough rage to pew pew with ya specials
