While I can respect the PvE aspect of the game and those who focus on it, what your partner does brings no validation to your, or anyone else's stance in this discussion. If you're going to use phrases such as "modicum of skill", at least ensure that the evidence available to the outside observer (i.e. me) comes remotely close to demonstrating that you've the pvp experience necessary to make such brash claims.

1900 in one of the top BGs last season using the same setup you're using this season--with far less games played--isn't demonstrating my skill?

Had you been trolling the rogue forums longer, you'd know that.

I'm not very good at arena, so maybe someone could spell out to me what
else can I do against rogues or druids, if I don't have MoD and they do?
(I realize druids don't have MoD, but they have their equivalent talent)

In other words, what exactly is my deeper problem in this respect?
With MoD I find my stealthed opponents about half the time, and the
other half they find me first. I suspect I'm missing something
obvious here... and would really like to improve this aspect of
my play.

Not to get engaged in an e-peen contest, but getting 1900 in Season 2 was far easier than in Season 3.

There are certain bosses that are better tanked by a druid, and he puts up numbers comparable or better than our raiding rogues in T6 content.

Furthermore, your druid does not come close to the numbers Rogues put out in t6 content. To say such a thing is totally ridiculous XD

If it REALLY is true, all your Rogues are hilariously bad.

Yay! I found a misspelled word! FTFY.

Seriously though, whether you have points in "imp stealth" or not, there are so many ways a player can detect you. Whether it may be pots, perception, etc.

Even so, by the time a player "detects" you, you should have already been attacking them and they should be dead (unless of course, you sap, in which case it wouldn't matter if they caught a glimpse of you). Simple enough.

I may not be the best at PVP, as I hardly ever do it, but I know how to not be detected without MoD.
