About blast waveFollow

Hello all. I've been leveling a troll fire mage for a while, and am now at level 67. This has been bugging me for quite some time, and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the subject.

Blast wave. It doesn't work. It radiates out from me and does damage to near by enemies like it should, but the 6 second stun never procs from it. I've checked the stickies, and nothing about it being buggy is in there (awesome sticky though, I do read it often when I need help). I've tried it on numerous mobs and pvp opponents, and it just ain't happenin'.

I am VERY sorry if I've overlooked a major post or thread regarding this. I don't want to waste anyone's time, so if I did miss it just throw the link up and tell me to gtfo, I won't be offended =) Thank you in advance.

Also, my mage is the funnest class I've yet leveled. Some would say my choice of talents is utter garbage, but 0/54/3 has worked for me just fine so far. Most awesomely in fact. All about preference in the end, I suppose. Not that I'll keep it for raids though, haha. Thanks again.

Ahhhh, I feel dumb now. After all the times I read the ability description and selectively read stun rather than daze. Thanks for the speedy reply. Gonna go bang my head on a desk, now.

Don't worry I thought the same thing when I switched from Frost to Fire. I expected an efect like Dragon's Breath, but it slows the target rather than disorientates the target.

Maybe.
