which enchant to get?Follow

#1 Feb 25 2008 at 2:46 PM Rating: Decent
I have a rogue that im workin to get to 70 as soon as i can to have fun in orgimmar and other horde cities but also to farm with and not have to wry about my mana being drained like i do on my main(lvl 70 hunter but i only farm on him and i havent spent any money on any enchants on him yet so im really clueless)

so money really isn't a big deal to me since i have a 70.

all i really want to no is with a combat sword build what is the best enchant to get for PvE.

I no Mongoose looks good but i dont no how often it procs and the +15 agi to each weapon looks good as well since my agility and damage output won't change from mob to mob depending on the proc.

any advice on ANY enchant even if not mentioned above would be very helpful and thank you in advance.

If money is no obstacle, get Mongoose. It procs fairly often, and there's always the chance that you'll double proc (each weapon can proc separately, and the buffs stack).

Until you get to high armor targets that take a long time to kill (i.e. raid bosses), those are your highest DPS enchants. Once you do get to raiding, Executioner on the mainhand, Mongoose on the offhand will be a slightly higher DPS combination.

Mongoose all the way. Only thing that might be better is executioner, but that is only if you are stacking up on armor penetration. Ive heard that mongoose has about 1 ppm and I'm not sure about executioner.

I have 3 questions:

1)is there anywhere that can confirm this?

2)1 proc per minute? assuming 2.6 speed weap (S1-S3 mainhand sword and mace speed) 60 seconds per minute, that's a proc every 23 swings. that seems kinda crappy to me for such an expensive enchant.

3)how long does the buff last?

i know these are probably pretty noob questions but i'm curious.

EDIT: nevermind, seek and you shall find. found the answers to all my questions on wowwiki. stupid me...
