+18 block value to a shield...Follow

Is it a good enchant or I should go with the +stam instead?

I now have 11.7k HP unbuffed, 13k armor and 492-501 defense depending how I feel.The enchants itself and the mats are not really cheap so I was wondering if it's more of a waste or if it's a good enchants to have on your shield. I'm about to start heroics and my gear's giving me headache.
