Stormsong Kilt vs. Cyclone LegguardsFollow

I recently got the Stormsong kilt, ie, today. Now with or without the T4 legs I currently have, my hit is still capped, so if anything, that's wasted stats. If I were to take the Stormsong Kilt, I'd gain only crit rate, about 1.5% worth.

Likewise, taking Stormsong makes me lose about 10 Stamina, Intellect, some mp5, and about 7 spell damage. Seems like a lot, but critical strikes are what make me mana efficient and give me the most damage. I really can't decide between the two.

Can I have anyone else's insight on this situation?

stormsong are my preference actualy, i use it over my t4 legs quite often unless I want 2 set bonus for my group or want extra hit.

My main problem with T4 pants is lack of sockets, I like using the new badge chest and shoulders but i miss out on the blue sockets i need to activate my meta gem.

S3 pants I am sure are much better then either though.

get both pants IMO, if you ever get 4 set bonus from T4 may help a bit, i just need my T4 shoulder and I will probably start using my T4 pants again.
