Ive been hearing that Hunter/Druid makes for the the 'best' arena 2v2. "Best" aside, does anyone want to share their secret strats for Arena? Any particular class you guys prefer to pick on more than others... any little tricks you like to use (like speccing SV/MM and going w/o a pet so FD is a little more effective? I dunno I never tried this). Anything that might be fun/insane/useful would be appreciated.
That information is highly subjective.
The top rated 2v2 team is a Hunter/Druid team. But that doesn't mean that any Hunter/Druid team will perform any better than any other 2v2 team. It doesn't even mean that a Hunter/Druid team has more potential to become highly rated than any other 2v2 team. It just means that these two individuals, in the gear they have, have crafted the teamwork and skill of play necessary to be the top rated 2v2 team.
But don't let that keep you from looking for a Resto Druid for your 2v2 Arena team. :)

Ok so what I said was VERY subjective and very inaccurate. I'm teamed up with a war. And teammate asides, all I do is pick on casters. I pop BW early and target the caster in hopes of killing them before they have a chance to CC me...unless its a paladin. Then I viper sting and move on to the next target til my VS CD is up...but I haven't lasted long enough for that to happen.

First and foremost, drop BM for arena, go with a 11 / 41 / 9 build or some minor variation of that. That is the "optimal" 2s and 3s spec for hunters, maybe swapping 2 in Imp Wing Clip for 3/3 Entrapment in 3s.
